Our website also provides information on medical imaging, health check-ups and other medical services. The website allows you to search for and find medical services, compare and process your reservations and take payments on behalf of multiple Medical Service Providers. TOP MRI LIMITED is an English company (company registration number 11311071) with registered office address as 48 Lawrence Avenue, New Malden, Surrey, KT3 5NA.
We ask you to carefully read and, before sending us a booking request to accept the following terms and conditions (the “T&C“) that govern the service (the “Service“) that TopMri makes available on www.TopMri.com (the “Website“). TopMri reserves the right to modify the T&C without notice when such modifications become necessary due to, without limitation, changes in market conditions, changes in rules and regulations, or modifications to the risk factors associated with TopMri’s provision of the service through the Website.
TopMri would like to inform you that, when you buy or book any products or services on its websites, you may be offered other products and services from our partners. TopMri shall not be liable for any errors, negligence or incorrect information that may be supplied in relation to the products or services supplied by its partners.
TopMri is an organizer and facilitator for non-emergency healthcare services such as medical imaging, diagnostics & consultations.
Our Service is only available for persons 18 years and over.
TopMri.com facilitates contact with, imaging and diagnostic centres, doctors and other medical service providers in order for you to make informed decisions about your treatment options. We strongly encourage and advise you to discuss all medical issues with the clinicians (including GP, Radiologists and Radiographers) and take as much time as required in making an informed decision.
TopMri is not a Medical Service Provider and does not manage, control or operate any Medical facility, Imaging centre or Diagnostic centre. TopMri being a facilitator cannot be made liable for any delay, default, failure, improper, incomplete services provided by the Medical Service Provider / Treating Doctor / Clinician and/or for any injury, sickness, accident, discomfort, death, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever which may arise due to any act of negligence, deficiency or default in services, of the management or employees of the Medical Service Provider.
The Medical Service Provider and/or Treating Doctor / Clinician shall be solely responsible for all treatment to be provided by it to the Clients / Patients, including but not limited to surgical, medical, wellness, beauty and all related queries, opinions and complications and TopMri shall not be responsible for the same.
In case of any emergency, complication or medical requirement, of whatsoever nature, arising with regard to the Client/Patient’s treatment due to the Client/Patient’s present or past illness or the side effects/allergy of / to drugs/medicines/contrasts/dyes or lack of adequate treatment, pre, during or post-treatment will be the absolute responsibility of the Medical Service Provider and/or the treating Doctor/Clinician, as the case may be and TopMri shall not be responsible for the same. In case the Medical Service Provider and/or the treating Doctor is not competent in handling a particular emergency or complication arising pre, during or post-treatment of the Client/Patient, it shall be the absolute responsibility of the Medical Service Provider and/or the Treating Doctor/Clinician, as the case may be, to refer or call upon the competent medical authority, after taking the consent of the Client/Patient or his/her family members/relatives/escorts/friends and TopMri shall not be responsible for the same.
All Medical Services will be provided to Client/Patient by third parties that are independent of TopMri. Client/patient hereby agrees and acknowledges that in no event shall TopMri, its managers, officers, directors, partners, employees, affiliates, successors or assigns be liable to Client/Patient on account of any claim, cause of action, obligation, damage (including, without limitation, personal injury or death and property damage), liability, loss, cost or expense (collectively,” Losses”) arising out of or relating to any Third Party Products or Services. Client/Patient has the sole responsibility to check each Third Party’s terms and conditions that apply to the goods or services it provides, including any applicable exclusions or limitations of liability imposed by the Third Party. Client/Patient hereby agrees and acknowledges that in the event of any such losses suffered by client/patient relating to or arising out of any Third Party Products or Services, Client/Patient shall look solely to the Third Party that provided such Third Party Product or Service for any applicable remedy or compensation and not to TopMri. Client/Patient hereby agrees that TopMri shall not have any liability for any indirect special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind whether alleged as a breach of contract or tortuous conduct, including negligence.
We strive to find a suitable partner (Medical Service Provider) for you based on your needs, communication with you, and information about our partners. While we make efforts to match you with an appropriate partner, we cannot make medical judgments about your condition – only qualified medical practitioners can do so. If you find the introduced partner inadequate, please notify us promptly.
If a referred partner can’t provide services, we’ll endeavor to find an alternative partner.
We expect you to have a referral when you come to us for booking a service. If not, we will introduce you to a partner that providers general practitioner service who will review your request and will prepare the referral for you. The general practitioner may contact you through email or phone. If the general practitioner is unable to refer you based on a remote consultation or the information provided then we will inform you and will request you to arrange a referral yourself.
If we are unable to recommend a medical service provider partner that is not able to provide a service based on your requirements, location or availability then you can ask us to cancel your request.
The patient or their clinicians can directly request the copy of scan images and report from the imaging centre where their scan was performed. These imaging centres keep the patient records for several years after the scan or other service is provided. All reports and images are produced by third party medical providers including radiologists, consultants or medical services providers registered in the UK. TOP MRI has no influence on the reports and images produced.
Though TOP MRI or an associates Doctor (GP) or the associated Medical Service provider will be sending the reports and/or images to Referring Clinician and/or Client/Patients, it is the responsibility of the Client/Patient to follow up with TOP MRI and the Medical Service Provider in case the results are not returned within a reasonable time.
If you are unable to access/download/share the scan images due to technical reasons then please inform the imaging centre and they should help you with the technicalities. If you still need help then please reach TOP MRI and we will either guide you to the right person and/or help you in accessing/downloading/sharing your images.
For self referring Clients/Patients, TopMri provides a service where the personal and medical information provided by the Client/Patient is forwarded to one or more Clinicians (mainly General Practitioners) associated with TopMri. These Clinicians are independent of TopMri and may charge a fee for their service, which may be collected by TopMri or the Medical Service Provider on behalf of the Clinician. Client/patient hereby agrees and acknowledges that in no event shall TopMri, its managers, officers, directors, partners, employees, affiliates, successors or assigns be liable to Client/Patient on account of any claim, cause of action, obligation, damage (including, without limitation, personal injury or death and property damage), liability, loss, cost or expense (collectively,” Losses”) arising out of or relating to any Referring Clinician or Doctor.
Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracy or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

TopMri respects the privacy of its clients and promises to earn and keep their trust. Care giving is a very personal & private subject, and we want you to feel as comfortable as possible visiting our website and using our services. All the medical and personal information about the recipient of our services is kept confidential and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented. The policy may change from time to time in order to adopt the changes in the company policies or as per the rules set out by the regulatory bodies.
TopMri may collect details like names, contact numbers, email addresses, home/work address, IP address, medical information including previous reports, scan images, test results, clinician details, etc and other particulars about the Client/Patient preferences. All this information is collected to facilitate appropriate medical and related services to the Client/Patient through medical service providers. In addition to TopMri the doctor(s) and Medical Service provider(s) may also ask for similar information from the client that could be through the medium of phone, online form, email or paper.
We do not provide any information supplied by you to any outside organization for any reason, other than the ones required to facilitate the medical services and related processes. For self-referring patients who wish to need medical guidance and/or arrange a referral for the scan, the information is shared with one or more partner independent GP (s) or GP Practices that are registered with GMC and are allowed to practice in the UK. If you want us to share your data to any third party then we will need a written consent from you by email.
Information is kept electronically using strong passwords and encrypted software systems. TopMri uses some of the industry popular software services to store and process the data. Information on privacy policy of these software services is available on their respective websites. We do not store any Credit Card or Debit Card details with us and that is manage by our online payment processor https://stripe.com. Only the last 4 digits of the card, expiry date and card type are shown on the stripe website dashboard through our login.
The information may be kept for several years (5 to 7 years) in order to provide it to the Client/Patient if required in the future for medical or statutory purposes. The Client/Patient can request to TopMri for removal of their data at any time. For such requests kindly email to data@topmri.com or write to our address provided in the contact section.

The T&C and the relationship between the Client/Patient and TopMri are governed, in the measure allowed by applicable regulations, by English law. Regarding what is allowable by applicable regulations and international agreements, the parties agree that the resolution of any dispute that could arise between them according to the T&C, the relationship created between them will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of ordinary courts at TopMri’ headquarters. TopMri also reserves the right to meet with the Client/Patient in a competent court at the User’s domicile.
Client/Patient acknowledges that any and all medical advice, procedures, care or other Medical Services may involve significant risks. Such risks include, without limitation, incorrect medical advice, unsuccessful medical procedures, inadequate medical care, medical malpractice and personal injury or side effects.
